LottoMeter Privacy Policy

Last updated: [TO CONFIRM]

Draft, not yet in effect. This page is a draft and has not been approved.

LottoMeter is software for businesses. The store that uses LottoMeter is our customer. This policy explains what LottoMeter stores for that store and its employees.

LottoMeter is operated by [TO CONFIRM] ("TeckFlame", "we"). You can contact us at support@teckflame.com.

LottoMeter's servers store the following for each store:

  • Store accounts.
  • Employee accounts ([TO CONFIRM] fields, for example name, username and email).
  • Shift and inventory records created while using the app.
  • A store PIN used to authorize some operations.

We store this information to provide the LottoMeter service to the store: to sign users in, record shifts and inventory, and produce the reports the store uses.

[TO CONFIRM] the hosting provider and location of LottoMeter's servers.

[TO CONFIRM] which third parties, if any, process this data on our behalf.

[TO CONFIRM] how long records are kept and what happens to a store's data when it stops using LottoMeter.

A store can ask to access, correct or delete its data by contacting us at support@teckflame.com. Process and timelines: [TO CONFIRM].

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a business application, such as limiting access to authorized users. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we make no certification claims.

When a device loses its connection, LottoMeter keeps shift activity on the device until it syncs with the server. Until then, that data exists only on the device.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
